ABOUT BALYA HOME
Serving Underprivileged
Your contribution will enable Balya Home to bring solace to deprived orphans by giving them a life as close as possible to any child with a nice parental home, and make them responsible citizens of the nation.
Your attendance alone makes a difference, as a portion of each ticket sold directly contributes to this vital cause. However, we encourage you to consider amplifying your impact by increasing your donation. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us closer to creating a brighter future for these children.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Will food and beverages be available?
Yes! Dinner selections from [TBD] will be available for purchase, and a variety of soft and hard drinks will be available at the bar for your enjoyment.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely! We welcome children to the concert. However, considering the high decibels expected from the vibrant and electrifying music, we kindly request that only children aged 10 and above attend, with parental discretion. Tickets are complimentary for students.
Can I receive a nonprofit donation receipt?
The amount you pay for your concert ticket is not considered a tax-deductible charitable contribution. This is because, in exchange for the ticket, you are receiving a benefit of value: the concert itself.
However, any amount you choose to donate on top of the ticket price is a true gift and is fully tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. These additional donations are deeply appreciated and help us further our mission!
The Annapoorna Charitable Private Foundation is an approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the IRS (Tax ID 47-0998228). Please email [email protected] with a request for a tax receipt. Thank you in advance for your incredible generosity!
Where can I park?
There is ample on-street and off-street parking within a block radius of the theater. Behind City Hall at 7th and Madison is a 400-car parking garage. Just south of the theater off of East 8th Street is a large city-owned surface parking lot.
Is re-entry permitted?
All events at the Madison Theater have a “no re-entry” policy, which means once you enter the building, you may not leave and come back for any reason.
Is smoking permitted?
You may not smoke or vape inside the facility. You are welcome to smoke/vape on the rooftop patio.
Are cameras permitted?
Small, non-professional still cameras that are less than 3.5″ in length and have no detachable lens may be brought into the facility. Audio or video recording devices are prohibited.
What should I know about security before arriving?
All guests entering the Madison Theater are subject to a metal-detector screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by our security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items and is for the safety of guests and our staff.
